Lance Hanson

For over 30 years I have helped injured parties recover and maximize the benefits they are due. I work on claims throughout Missouri and Kansas and take pride in helping injured workers obtain the medical treatment necessary to allow them to return to work. My goal is to help injured parties navigate the difficult and important issues that arise and maximize your recovery when we conclude the claim.

I graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 1993 after receiving my undergraduate degree studying at The University of Iowa and The University of Northern Iowa. Originally from Dubuque, Iowa, I have lived in Shawnee, Kansas for the last 30 years. I have handled cases at all levels in Missouri and Kansas and have successfully argued in front of the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court. My work on the 2000 Missouri Supreme Court decision in Wells v. Brown was named the Most Important Workers’ Compensation Case in 2000 by the Missouri Lawyers’ Weekly.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active.
